Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use SalonPro to run legitimate salon, spa, and related retail operations: scheduling, billing, CRM, inventory, staff management, and reporting.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Access or attempt to access another customer's workspace or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law.
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent tax lines, issue fraudulent invoices, or use the platform for money laundering.
• Harass staff or guests through product messaging features.
• Share credentials or bypass RBAC controls.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable tax, consumer, or privacy law.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate access if use threatens security, other tenants, or legal compliance. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
