Legal

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers SalonPro subscription cancellations and refunds. It does not apply to invoices your salon issues to guests through the POS.

Scope

This policy applies to fees you pay to CodingRoof for SalonPro software subscriptions. Guest payments collected through your POS are between you and your clients.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial terms shown at signup or on our pricing page apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription through account settings or by contacting hello@codingroof.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Unless required by law or stated in your order form, Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. We may provide prorated credits or refunds at our discretion for service failures or billing errors.

GST treatment on SalonPro invoices follows the tax lines on those invoices.
